About Livable Pods

Livable Pods is a company that offers modern designed small spaces ranging from 200 square feet to 1,000 sq feet.  We use energy efficient SIPs, structural insulated panels, to build the structural shell of the Pods. We offer our services because we know that to build an affordable home without a lot of hassle is what our clients look for.  Combined with an all inclusive package that includes windows, doors and interior and exterior products needed to build and finish the Pods, makes the system quick and easy and your end product is a high quality energy efficient built structure.

Our Team has been in the “panel” business for 13 years and we’ve been in construction for over 40 years. When it comes to designing and building a Pod that meets your requirements there isn’t much we can’t help you with.

You pick the size that you need and we put together the entire package, it makes for an affordable build and easy to construct project. It’s pretty easy to build any of our standard Pod buildings. We’ve designed models that are built in 2′ and 4′ increments so that there is very limited material waste.

Each buyer receives an architectural set of drawings that will be acceptable for permitting; we include an engineer’s stamp that is required by most building officials, we can provide the engineers stamp in all 50 states and have the plans ready for permitting in a few days. We have eliminated the hassle of waiting on the architect and/or engineer for the design process. If you are interested in having a custom design built, we can design-build  as well, we can make that pretty seamless too.
